Cold and Flu season has arrived (earlier than usual but here nonetheless)

Reccommendations from the Will County Health Department:

Stay home when sick.  Those with flu-like illness (fever, headache, dry cough, chills, aches and pains) should recouperate at home for at least 24 once fever is gone without the use of fever reducing medication.

Children will be sent home when deemed necessary by our faculty and staff.

Wash hands consistently with soap and warm water.

Cover coughs and sneezes.

Early intervention and treatment can reduce the severity of the illness.

Further resources are available here.

**  HSA Question of the Month **

"Will someone contact me after I turn in a reply form?"

In a word, Yes!  Every person who turns in a reply form will either receive a phone call/email with more information, or a Thank You note stating the positions have been filled.  We like to give everyone a chance to get involved somehow, so we tend to fill roles based on overall volunteer participation.

It may take up to 2 weeks to receive a response.  If at any time you have a question, please contact the office and they can direct you to the proper person.
 Thank You!

thankyouKristin Bradley and Kim Zelko for helping with Picture Day.

Sincerely,
The Faculty and Staff of JMS
