Description:
Week #1
You will share your songs with the group and collectively and constructively critique each others songs with the guidance of the moderators. Each person will leave with homework to complete before the next week. We will also take some time to go over the current pitch sheet to help you guide your songwriting toward the market place.
Week #2 Review song revisions from last week. We will work on final tweaks and homework assignments. Education on the music business, unraveling the mysteries of licensing, and business advice. Get your questions answered at the Q & A.
Week #3 Pre- Production. Preparing your song for the session. You will record a work
tape of your song and learn how to arrange and chart your song with the Nashville Number System.
Week #4
Recording Session. We will book a band of professional musicians, and engineers for our fourth week, which will be devoted to recording full band tracks to your songs. Each individual will get an additional 4-hour time slot at a later date to sing and mix their song.
