NAB show in April and stopped by the Thinklogical booth, you might have noticed our latest line of SDI products for the broadcast industry.
At NAB, we showcased our new fiber optic routers with 4 Gbps:
- HDX 80 - non-blocking 80x80 capacity
- HDX 576 - non-blocking 576x576 capacity
These products provide you with the next generation of performance, resilience, and versatility required in pre-production, post-production, and broadcast operations. The HDX products are fully compliant with
SMPTE standards and support blackburst and tri-level synchronization. These products are also
protocol agnostic, supporting SDI, HD-SDI (including dual-link HD-SDI), and 3G to meet a broad range of requirements for today's and tomorrow's broadcast environments.
The HDX products are the only optical matrix routers in the marketplace that provide high availability with all of the essential features and functions necessary in mission critical production and broadcast environments.
The system architecture of these products provides hot-swappable, current sharing power supply modules, a critical component in high up-time environments which typically are supported by more than one power grid as a failover option.
