Please join us early at the Matthews Community Farmer's Market this Saturday. The blueberries are at their peak and the other summer produce is coming on strong. This week's heat is beginning to take it's toll on us all - plants, customers, farmers and newsletter writers - but the best way to weather the weather is to eat fresh, nutritious food.
