FOLLOWING YOUR DREAM IN BIG LEAPS AND BABY STEPS!

This workshop by Elena Hiatt Houlihan
will help you articulate long-held dreams, find inspiration, conquer the goblins of doubt, and give you positive steps to follow
the path to bringing those dreams to fruition.

Have you wanted to write a book since you were a kid?  Make pots to sell at art shows? Sing in front of a live audience? Travel to places as well-known as Paris or as exotic as Prambanan?
How do you follow your dream when everyday responsibilities are tying you down?

What do you want to create?  What makes your heart sing? This workshop will be a day of exploring your dreams, envisioning your call through creative imaging, and allowing your intuitive wisdom to spring forth.  Learn how to trust the process which evolves uniquely for each individual, listen to the song of synchronicity, and begin taking steps to unleash your potential.

You will use: Movement to Expand Your Creativity, Meditation, Dreamweaving/ Journaling, and Group Sharing to Access Your Deepest Desires.

Participants are asked to dress comfortably, bring a journal, and a bagged lunch.
