 STYLE & FASHION AT LEGACY VILLAGE

It is easy to incorporate the trendy items into a wardrobe when you have several timeless pieces already in your closet. Our Fashionista recommends keeping a white blouse, black Capri pants and three different pairs of jeans (such as a "skinny" jean, dark wash and casual fit) close at hand. Those items, she says, are easily dressed up or down, depending on the social situation.
For this summer, a few extra pieces can add a new dimension to your wardrobe. Our fashion pro suggests investing in a pair of flats (which come in an array of patterns and colors) and a hip length blazer. She also says the key in outerwear this season is the trench coat- which is being shown in a variety of colors, including red, pink and even metallic.

 TAKE A BREAK AT CALIFORNIA PIZZA KITCHEN
In the mood for a relaxing lunch or dinner? Then head over to California Pizza Kitchen where you'll receive a special "thank you" for your visit. As part of their "Thank You Card Program," CPK will be handing out envelopes with prizes inside through May 31 each time customers dine at the restaurant. Each card is a winner. The giveaways range from meal discounts to cash prizes.
New items recently added to the CPK menu include pesto chicken pizza, four cheese ravioli, asparagus soup, sticky toffee pudding and cabo crab cakes. Also, be sure to stop by CPK in June when more new menu items will be added. | |

From live concerts to moonlight movies, Legacy Village is THE place to be this summer!
*The weekend concert series Legacy Live kicks off on Friday, May 29 and runs through mid-September. The featured music will include a variety of genres, such as pop, rock, Motown, jazz, big band and more!
*The ever popular Art in the Village comes to Legacy Village next month. The two-day event will take place Saturday, June 6 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, June 7 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. More than 150 artists will be featured and admission is free.
* Moonlight Movies will be shown on the Lawn at Legacy on Wednesday evenings, June 17, July 15 and August 19. The titles of the movies will be announced soon.
