    This is a reminder that tomorrow, April 30th, from 7 - 8pm, Alaska Center for Acupuncture will present a FREE class about vaccinations and your health .

    Did you know:
    · By the time your child is six months old they will have received 45 vaccines.
    · By the time your child is one year old they will have received 64 vaccines.
    · By the time your child is four to six years old they will have received 74 vaccines.

    Please join us for a talk about childhood vaccine requirements. Are all those shots really necessary? Are vaccines truly safe and effective? Dr. Garden will answer these questions and more.

    If you are a parent or if you are concerned about vaccines in general, then this discussion is for you.

    About the presenter:
    Dr. Christopher Garden is a doctor of chiropractic, practicing locally in the Mat-Su Valley, out of his Family Health and Wellness Office. He was born in upstate New York and has achieved his bachelor's in science and business from North Eastern University located in Boston, Massachusetts. He studied at Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa "The Fountainhead of Chiropractic." After graduating Dr. Garden associated in San Diego for two years. There he met his wife Julie and relocated to her hometown in Wasilla, Alaska to practice. Specializing in prenatal and pediatrics in the field of chiropractic, Dr. Garden has gained vast knowledge and education in family, health, and wellness. Dr. Garden and his wife keep busy with their three children; ages two, four and twelve. They have extensively researched controversial vaccination and immunization topics. The lectures he presents are given solely to help educate parents so that they may have the ability to make informed health care decisions for themselves and most importantly, their families.
