Greetings!
On Wednesday, February 20th, from 7 -
8pm,
Alaska Center for Acupuncture will present a
FREE class on Stress Management.
It's a well-documented fact that stress is
the underlying cause of almost all of our
modern diseases.
Although most of us know the factors that
contribute to stress - lack of exercise, lack
of sleep, poor diet, work and family
challenges - practical solutions are hard to
find.
You can transform stress into vital health!
Please join us for a lively 1-hour discussion
about stress, what it is, what it does, how
to minimize its detrimental effects on the
body. Participants will receive the knowledge
and tools to begin to effectively manage
stress, and reclaim energy and vitality.
This class will be interactive and fun with
lots of exercises, tip and tricks for
managing stress in your life RIGHT
NOW.
Topics covered will include:
·What is stress? How to tell the
difference
between good stress and bad stress
·Determining how stress affects your body
uniquely
·The role of acupuncture in managing
stress
·Simple exercises, techniques and dietary
suggestions to counteract stress
·Resources - books and websites - to learn
more
Please pre-register by calling Alaska
