Greetings!

On Wednesday, February 20th, from 7 - 8pm, Alaska Center for Acupuncture will present a FREE class on Stress Management.

You can transform stress into vital health!

Please join us for a lively 1-hour discussion about stress, what it is, what it does, how to minimize its detrimental effects on the body. Participants will receive the knowledge and tools to begin to effectively manage stress, and reclaim energy and vitality. This class will be interactive and fun with lots of exercises, tip and tricks for managing stress in your life RIGHT NOW.

Topics covered will include:
·What is stress? How to tell the difference between good stress and bad stress
