Greetings! On Wednesday, October 24th from 7pm -8pm Amy Chadwick, ND will present a FREE class on Women's Health. The workshop will be held at Alaska Center for Acupuncture in the Koslosky Building. Women's Health: Honoring Rhythm's and Cycles to Facilitate Wellness Women's Health is so often discussed in our world today. "Women are more concerned with their health than men in general." "Women go to the doctor more often." "Women are more in tune with their bodies." These are the stereotypes. But, the reality is, women are mysterious. Women are powerful. Women have their own health challenges and their own rhythms. Dr Amy Chadwick, Naturopathic Physician, will be speaking on the mystery of woman. She will share about women and their connection to both earth and spirit. She will speak about female cycles and transitions, providing information and insight into maintaining wellness throughout a woman's life, and honoring the physiology inherent and unique to the female body. Amy will discuss nutrition for healthy women at various phases of life, exercise, and ways to nourish the female body and promote life-long wellness. About the presenter: Amy E Chadwick, ND is a Naturopathic Physician. She is the owner of Soaring Crane Natural Health Center in the heart of Palmer. Amy works with patients of all ages and stages of life and disease and acts as a witness to the healing journey inherent in each of her patients.
