FREE
Gentle Yoga Class by Linda Ransom, RYT -
Registered Yoga Teacher.
This class will be a gentle introduction to Hatha Yoga
with Iyengar Style - An introduction to basic principles
of yoga postures (asana), breathing techniques
(pranayama), and relaxation. The class will be
gentle, relaxing, active, and fun. There will be basic
standing and seated supported yoga poses to restore
energy, provide healing, reduce stress, and soothe
the mind. All ages, body types, and fitness levels
welcome.

About the presenter:
Linda Ransom, M.Ed., LPC, RYT is a Registered Yoga
Teacher and a Licensed Professional Counselor.
She brings heart felt compassion that comes from her
Yoga practice to her classes. Linda loves helping
others feel empowered to manage their stress
through Yoga and gain mindfulness in their lives. She
reminds us that The Real Healer Is You!
As a Licensed Professional Counselor Linda works
with adolescents, adults, families, and groups. Linda
empowers self-growth and healing in people who are
working on issues of anxiety, depression, anger,
stress, trauma, loss, communication, and building
healthy relationships. Linda works to enrich
relationships through cognitive behavioral techniques,
client-centered process, EMDR, and Therapeutic
Yoga. Therapeutic Yoga is a unique compassionate
mind-body approach. This approach includes:
breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and Yoga
poses which facilitate in restoring and balancing the
mind and body through life challenges. Therapeutic
Yoga is detailed, efficient, and insightful in addressing
your physical, psychological and spiritual well-being.
