|Hospice Care Presentation|
On Wednesday, March 28th from 7pm -8pm Pamela Stephen will present an informative class on Hospice Care. The workshop will be held at Body in Balance Physical Therapy in the Koslosky Building, next door to Alaska Center for Acupuncture.
Most people avoid thinking about the death of a loved one until they can no longer avoid it. They are often not prepared to take care of the many tasks that surface as a person goes through the dying process, death and the aftermath of dying. Hospice care, begun early in the process, can be of great assistance to the entire 'family' group as they face some of the most difficult decisions and tasks of their life. Come join us for a discussion of Hospice care in general and what services can be provided by our local Mat-Su Regional Home Health and Hospice. Participants will leave this workshop with knowledge and information to make end of life decisions for themselves and their loved ones when they have been informed that they may be approaching the end of this life. The workshop will include the following information:
•When should you investigate Hospice Care
