Feeding Cats in East Harlem or Bed-Stuy?

The ASPCA is Providing Free TNR in Areas of Bedford-Stuyvesant and East Harlem This Summer!

The ASPCA is providing free TNR in specific areas of East Harlem and Bedford-Stuyvesant as part of their Focused Spay/Neuter Project study. This includes humane trapping, transport, spaying/neutering, eartip, and rabies vaccination. This study will look at the free-roaming cat population before and after TNR to examine the changes in the population. This project ends in September.

If you know of anyone doing TNR in these areas or any existing cats that need to be Trap-Neuter-Returned in these areas, please contact Mike DiTullio at (917) 658-5942 or [email protected].
