Finals Eve and Midnight Breakfast

YAC is teaming up with Student Government for our event of the semester "Finals Eve." A special night full of fun to help you start of finals week the right way. Sunday December 4th will be a special Christmas prayer and praise (same time and place as always) followed immediately by a Christmas party in MSC-1. Fill the last two hours before Midnight breakfast drinking hot chocolate, decorating cookies, listening to Christmas music, and hanging out with your friends. At Midnight it's "breakfast" as usual, followed by a reading of "Twas the night before Christmas" by Corey Ross, door prizes for a lucky few, and then it's off to a week full of finals!

It all starts Sunday night at 9:00pm in Speer Chapel and goes until the pizza is gone after midnight!

The LeTourneau University basketball teams open their home conference schedules Thursday when they host Mary Hardin-Baylor in an American Southwest Conference doubleheader. The LETU women make their home debut at 5:30 p.m., with the men set to follow at 7:30 p.m.

The games against UMHB will be the first of two ASC doubleheaders this week, as the Jackets also host Concordia Texas on Saturday, with game times scheduled for 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., respectively.

The Thursday and Saturday doubleheaders will be the only LeTourneau basketball home games prior to the Christmas break. The Jackets will be back in action New Year's Eve (LETU men vs Hendrix) and Jan. 2 (LETU women vs Southwestern).

The Floor Wars winter competition will be in full effect Thursday and Saturday, and halftime contests will be played during all four basketball games for a chance to win great prizes.

Come out to Solheim Arena this Thursday and Saturday to cheer on the Jackets as they face the Cru and the Tornados!
