From the Office of Financial Aid

Changes to Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) went into effect for the fall 2011 semester for students receiving Title IV financial aid. The U.S. Department of Education implemented these new regulations in order to ensure program integrity and to make sure only eligible students receive federal aid. If you receive money from any of the following Federal programs then you may be impacted - Federal Pell Grant, Federal TEACH Grant, Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant, Federal Work Study, Federal Direct Stafford Loans, Federal Perkins Loan, and Federal Direct Parent PLUS loan. Click here to read the full policy description from the Undergraduate Catalog http://cms.letu.edu/opencms/opencms/catalog/Financial_Planning/Financial_Aid_Programs.html

If you have questions regarding the policy, please email [email protected] or drop by the financial aid office (Library 2nd floor) and we will be happy to help.
