Why Would Anyone Consider a Fall - Spring Project?
As the name implies, a Fall - Spring Project is a pool project that begins in the Fall and is completed in the Spring. The work in the Fall typically begins with layout and excavation, long stub plumbing, the gunite shoot, and backfilling and grading. The remainder of the project, including decking, interior finish, and equipment set-up is concluded in the spring. A Fall - Spring Project has several advantages. One is that a client can typically begin swimming earlier in the season than when a Spring - Summer Project is done. The construction process will usually be 
less disruptive to the family's backyard usage because it is taking place during lower usage times. Some clients also find that since there is a break in payments in the winter, it can really provide flexibility in financing their pool project. A Fall - Spring Project could be the perfect solution for a friend or family member who has been considering a pool project, but has hesitated due to not wanting to give up their backyard for a whole summer, or feels they may have waited too long this season. Their project could be well on its way into transforming their backyard into their own personal oasis in a matter of months. We are just one call away from getting started. |
