| We Hate to Mention It, But . . .
Winter will be here before we know it! Even though New Englanders are a hardy bunch, we doubt that most are as brave (or foolhardy?) as this person. If swimming in ice water is not your cup of tea, we recommend calling the office soon to schedule your closing, so that you are more likely to be able to close your pool in the time frame you prefer. We have already been receiving calls from some clients to schedule their pool closings. Call Heather or Kim today at 978.256.0200 to schedule your pool closing, check it off your "to do" list, and enjoy the rest of your summer!

Staff Spotlight - Kim Shaw
 Many of you have spoken to Kim over the phone in regards to your pool service. However, that is not all that Kim does here at EPI. Kim is also responsible for our Client Satisfaction Surveys (see above), Accounts Receivable, assisting with marketing, among a host of other things. Kim joined us last year and has proven to be a valuable part of the EPI team. In the past, Kim has served in the NH House of Representatives, on her local school board, and worked for the her local school district as well as having previous experience in customer service and environmental testing. She has her degree in General Arts and Sciences from Penn State University, has studied Chemistry at Rivier College, and at the graduate level in Education. Kim lives in New Hampshire with her husband, son, daughter, and pets. |
