PCHTF Board Completes Strategic Planning Session
The PCHTF Board spent a day in October working on its Strategic Plan for the next three to five years. The session was facilitated by Russell Jensen of Jensen Consulting and was hosted by the Iowa Utilities Board at their new facility on E. 14th. It was an opportunity to review and renew the vision and mission and to develop new strategies for achieving them. |
