Who is EIRO BRANDS? We are a privately held company with over 30 ye
ars experience in the food and beverage industry. We were contacted by EIRO Research to formulate some of their beverages. After listening to what EIRO Research wanted in a product, we had the formula created and and packed. After hearing EIRO Research was shutting their doors, EIRO Brands was created to take over the existing inventory of product. EIRO Brands believes in health and wellness and believes in seeing those products out in the marketplace.
Natalie, who is part of our management team has experience in the corporate wellness industry, hold a master's degree in Kinesiology, and has been involved with numerous organizations to decrease childhood obesity. She believe in healthy products and promoting them to the public. Our mission is to provide our customers with high quality wellness products that adds to their overall health and enhances their well-being.
Is EIRO BRANDS a multi-level marketing company? We are not a multi-level marketing company. However, we reward our customers with lower prices, so they can make higher profits if you want to resell your purchased products. We will also be offering distributor pricing for those customers who purchase a certain amount of product each month.
Who can purchase EIRO products? EIRO BRANDS sells products to any customer.
How long will EIRO BRANDS be around for? EIRO BRANDS plans on being around for a long time. We are already planning on making more inventory of existing products and creating new products. We have the capital and resources to grow the brand.
How do I stop my monthly auto-shipment? If you had been receiving product on autoship, EIRO BRANDS will not be shipping product via autoship. All auto ship customers will have to reorder product on a monthly basis. In the future EIRO BRANDS may consider autoship.
Where can I order EIRO products? You can order products at www.eirobrands.com. This website will have an e-store where you can purchase products using PayPal and credit cards. Our online store is being launched on March 1st.
I have old product I'd like to return. Can I do this? Unfortunately, EIRO BRANDS will not be able to return any products that have been purchased in the past.
How will you be communicating with your customers? We plan on sending out email blasts every 2 weeks. These blasts will have product specials along with EIRO BRANDS News. Will EIRO BRANDS be upfront about the problems associated with the EIRO Derm Skincare line? The only skin care issue we know of was that some customers were having a burning associated with this product. We spoke with the company that made the product and were told the face wash was reformulated. If there are any other problems with the skin care line please let us know. We would like to be aware of these issues.Is there a guarantee on these products? What if the EIRO Derm cleanser burns your face, can you get your money back? We stand by our products and will treat each incident on a case by case basis. Again, we are in constant communication with our vendors who supply these products.
Will EIRO BRANDS pay the former distributors of EIRO Research what is owed to them for the month of Decembers commissions or will they simply use the hard work of the distributors to sell directly to their personal customers? EIRO Brands has nothing to do with EIRO Research and therefore cannot issue any commission checks promised by EIRO Research. You are our customers! We would like to offer some great discounts on products to make up for the mistakes made by EIRO Research. We would like to move forward and prove ourselves as a credible, reliable company.
