Numeric Nutrient Criteria Letter Campaign Underway
The Numeric Nutrient Criteria issue continues and your help is still needed. The DEP has transmitted its approved rules to EPA for review and approval. However, a letter-writing campaign, spearheaded by Earthjustice (the litigants in this issue), is already underway asking the White House to impose the EPA's NNC rules in Florida. To counter these efforts, please take a few moments to go on line, follow the simple instructions and send a letter to Administrator Jackson. More importantly, volume counts in this effort, so please ask your friends, professional colleagues, employees, to do the same. For full instructions on how to submit your letter click here.
Welcome New FCA Staffer Dusty Holley
