Good morning from Las Vegas. Heard a number of good things from better manufacturers yesterday about business at the Luxury by JCK Show and CBG. This also from retailers whose business is tracking up considerably.

We've posted new product intro video interviews with exhibitors from the show floor at luxury this morning and will be doing this daily. Today's videos are from Imagine Designs, with a new bridal collection (details also at www.imaginebridal.com); Chad Allison's (www.chadallison.com) new sterling and 18 karat designs; and the new Byzantine Collection from Jack Kelege (www.jackkelege.com).

In other news, Damiani, who will be exhibiting at Couture at the Wynn Resort here has introduced a new collection called Mosaic, designed by Gianfranco Ferré. The design shown features 18 karat yellow gold with diamonds and 38 cabochon stones. According to Damiani, "The high-impact, eclectic Mosaic collection features an imaginative combination of materials in a unique mosaic-like composition, making these jewels authentic works of art in miniature. Exclusive textures are created by monochromatic or multicoloured juxtapositions of semi-precious stones, alternating with exquisite details in silver, precious stones, diamonds, and octagonal inserts in white, yellow, or pink gold."
