There is an AP release circulating stating that the judge intends to reject the TRO and let the round-up proceed.

Judges make many comments during trial and this comment was based on a report that the BLM gave the judge at the last minute stating that hundreds of horses would die from dehydration from lack of water. If you recall, the judge was not happy with the BLM at the Cloud TRO hearing and he ruled in their favor, anyway.
None of us know what the outcome will be but you should be aware that Gordy and Laura have submitted several documents to counter this. The judge is also aware that the round-up is comprised of three areas, not one and that the BLM report addressed Owyhee.
I also noticed that the BLM added a new entry on July 14 with a photo of a dry watering hole and another of a truck delivering water. The AP report also indicated that another mare died on Thursday from dehydration but that is not reported on the site, yet.
Please sit tight and wait for the judge's ruling. This could go either way so until the judge rules, there is hope. Hang on to that.
