A law suit was filed for an injunction by Herd Watch's Laura Leigh to block the Tuscarora (Owyhee Complex) round-up. RT has the details posted on his blog.
A second action took place in the form of a complaint that was filed by Laura Allen on behalf of the Pilot Valley "estray" horses. You can read her updated article on the Toano Herd Management Area along with the the complaint on her site.
As a side note, there are emails flying around saying that horses have disappeared from the Pilot Valley horses that were rounded-up. We have not received confirmation on this but hope to have clarification tomorrow from the advocates attending the auction.
