The information we had had led us to believe that if the decision had gone the other way, all the investigative videos and documentaries that contained graphic animal cruelty would be censored.

After John and I discussed it further with Laura Allen, we determined the decision is actually legalizing possession and sale of what was previously illegal, in particular, "crush" videos.

She also indicated that some state laws would make the possession and sale of dog fighting material and videos illegal.
