It has come to our attention that some attendees who submitted a signed attestation of attendance at the meeting may not have claimed their CME credits.
If you attended the meeting, on November 17th you should have received an email containing your registration ID & SNM ID with instructions on how to access your certificate and evaluate the program
See Example Here . If you have already claimed your certificate you need not do anything. If you did not receive this email, please check your email SPAM filters. If you can not locate a copy the SNM CME Center can help. Please contact Ashley Wallace at
