The ACGME accredited fellowship position in Neuroradiology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center has one opening for July 1, 2010. The fellowship training features: · Diagnostic neuroimaging · Advanced neuroimaging · Cerebral angio diagnostic and interventional procedures · Spine diagnostic and interventional procedures including pain management · Broad head and neck imaging exposure · Broad pediatric neuro exposure All candidates must be ABR eligible prior to the start of fellowship training. Each year four members in training of the ACR are nominated, and two are elected to serve on the Intersociety Committee of the ACR during their summer conference. The Intersociety Committee promotes collegiality within the field of radiology, fosters and encourages communication and interchange among the national radiological societies and identifies, evaluates, and makes recommendations on problems and areas of concern in radiology.
The application deadline is Dec 31 the year prior. This year's summer conference will be held July 23-25 at The Inn and Spa At Loretto in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Topic "The relationship of Radiology to the Hospital"
