 July 2010
Greetings!

One of the most frequently talked about topics today is leadership. From Wall Street to Main Street, from Washington to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico people are asking for leadership, and not just any leadership. In their new book,
Appreciative Leadership: Focus on What Works to Drive Winning Performance and Build a Thriving Organization Diana, Amanda and Kae offer a rich weave of stories, research and concepts describing a new paradigm of leadership that is positive and life affirming, that illuminates the best of people and situations, and that inspires hope in the midst of challenging times.

Book, Appreciative LeadershipProf. Sheila McNamee, co-founder of the Taos Institute, says of the book. "It is an inspiring and informative volume that offers resources for sustaining our relations, our world, and ourselves. With their breadth of experience and wisdom, their expertise as teachers and trainers, and their grace as relational leaders themselves, Diana Whitney, Amanda Trosten-Bloom, and Kae Rader have crafted a resource not only for personal and professional development, but also for leading in a global community.  At no other time than the present has such a book been so necessary. It should be required reading for all who aspire to leadership."
