TECHNIQUE CLASS SCHEDULE

FALL 2011

Our one hour Technique Classes are designed for students that have mastered the basic stitches and are looking for ways to expand their skills.  Technique Classes provide a "bite sized" overview of various knitting and crochet techniques such as pattern reading, knitting in the round, short rows, fixing mistakes, and more. 

Technique Classes are $25.00 for a single session, or $100.00 for a package of any 5 sessions (sessions do not have to be used consecutively). Students should bring their own materials and be sure to check the full class description on our calendar for individual class prerequisites and homework requirements.

   Fri   Oct 14 (7-8 pm) - Pattern Reading (Crochet)

   Sun Oct 16 (3-4 pm) - Weaving in Ends (Knitting)

   Sun Oct 23 (3-4 pm) - Short Rows (Knitting)    

   Fri   Oct 28 (7-8 pm) - Crocheted Buttons (Crochet)

   Sun Oct 30 (3-4 pm) - Fixing Mistakes (Knitting)    

   Sun Nov 6  (3-4 pm) - Chart Pattern Reading (Knitting)

   Fri   Nov 11 (7-8 pm) - Tunisian Crochet, Afghan Stitch

   Sun Nov 13 (3-4 pm) - Intro to Entrelac (Knitting)

   Sun Nov 20 (3-4 pm) - Two Row Striping (Knitting)
