First of all...
A big thanks to everyone who came out to the NYC Yarn Crawl this past weekend. It was great to see so many new faces mingling with the familiar ones, and we hope everyone had as an amazing time as we did!   Congratulations to Suzanne Decker who was the winner of La Casita's raffle basket. The winners of the additional baskets and the the grand prize winner will be posted on the Yarn Crawl's website, facebook page, and Ravelry page so be sure to check there as well.

The yarn crawl may be over, but we can keep you entertained this weekend with our kids' and adults' meet-ups!
 
NEW! Friday Afternoon Kids' Meet-Up: This is the first week of our children's knitting group that will be taking place every Friday afternoon from 4:00 - 5:30 pm. This is not a class, but rather an opportunity for kids (and parents) who already know how to knit or crochet to get together and work on their projects. The fee is $10.00 per child to participate, and we will provide a light snack and small skein of yarn to each attendee. Please join us for some creative fun!
NEW! Friday Evening Knitting/Crochet Group: Due to the popularity of our Tuesday night knitting group, we have added a Friday evening option as well. Expect the same open, friendly vibe and rotating drink specials as our Tuesday night meet-up, but with a Friday night feel. Please join us from 7:00 - 10:00 pm. There is no cost to participate and all are welcome!
Can't make it to Rhinebeck this weekend?
Don't despair! We may not have sheep but we have lots of wool, and we want you to come enjoy it with us.
