COOL STUFF TO DO AT LA CASITA
We've returned from our holiday and are excited to be back in the mix! This heat doesn't look like it's going to be letting up anytime soon, so we've been thinking of new ways to keep it cool at La Casita.
Seaside Espadrilles Workshop
Tuesday August 3rd from 6:30 to 9:30 pm
Have you been coveting the cool crochet espadrilles that are hanging in our window? Here is your chance to learn how to make them. The $50.00 registration fee includes your choice of yarn for the top of the shoe as well as the jute to make the soles. Each student must purchase the pattern directly from the Interweave Website prior to the class. Advanced registration is required to reserve your space so please call or email us if you would like to sign up.
FREE! - Wine Tasting with James
Thursday August 5th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm
Come sport your snazzy new sandals and cool off with a cold selection of rose' at our next wine tasting. Our charming and knowledgeable host for the evening, James Endicott from AI Selections, will be at La Casita on Thurday August 5th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm to guide you through some of his favorite selections. This is a free event, so come have one on us!
NEW! Tuesday Night Stitch & Sip
Every Tuesday Evening from 7:00 to 9:00 pm
We are happy to announce that we have started our very own La Casita sponsored knitting night. Please join us every Tuesday evening from 7:00 - 9:00 for stitching, snacking, sipping, and socializing - featuring rotating two for one drink specials. All fiber fiends welcome! We continue to welcome any and all knitting/crochet groups, so please feel free to drop by with your friends or by yourself any old time...
