Many of you have expressed interest in knitting classes for children, and we are pleased to announce that we will be starting kids classes this May.  We will be covering the same basic material that is taught in our regular  classes, but tailored to younger students with:

• more total hours of instruction
• four 90-minute sessions held over a four week period
• smaller class sizes
• a completed project at course completion!

Knitting is not only a fun, social, and enjoyable hobby, but has been shown to increase self confidence, provide a sense of accomplishment, improve math and design skills, and increase physical dexterity. 

 

The fee is $90.00 for four 90-minute sessions (for a total of six hours), which includes all class materials.  The recommended age is 8 years and older.
