The longer days and warmer weather are unmistakable signs of Spring which can mean only one thing - time for SPRING CLEANING! And where better to start than with your yarn stash? If the thought of parting with even a single skein of yarn kicks your allergies into overdrive, try trading it for something new and exciting instead!
La Casita would like to invite you to attend our Yarn Swap Social taking place on Sunday March 28th from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. $25.00 gains you admission to this private catered event where you can sell or trade items from your stash (mint condition only please) with other knitters and crocheters. Included in the price is a $25.00 voucher to our cafe, which can be used to purchase coffee, wine, beer, and sweet and savory bites brought in just for this occassion. This is not only a great way to refresh your yarn collection, but also an opportunity to meet and connect with other members of our community.
Since we've also been doing some spring cleaning of our own, this event will also kick off our first seasonal sale, where select merchandise will be marked down 25% to make room for our lovely new spring arrivals. Yarn swap attendees will be treated to an exclusive "sneak preview" of our sale items, which can be purchased that evening before our sale officially begins the following Tuesday.
