JULY 4 - 6 COUNCIL OFFICES CLOSED  Council offices will be closed from Wednesday July 4 through Friday July 6, 2012. If there is an emergency, please call 800-340-7179 and a staff member will return your call shortly.

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION DEADLINE EXTENDED TO JULY 18 The Early Bird registration deadline has been extended to 7/18/12 due to an unexpected change in browser requirements for the eBiz system.

On June 21, 2012, GSUSA amended its browser block so Safari users will be allowed to use the site as well as Internet Explorer(IE) and Firefox users; all other browsers will still receive a redirect. Safari users will continue to experience some errors with the eBiz system and are encouraged to use IE or Firefox.

To accommodate this change, we are providing a link to download Firefox below. Additionally, we are offering personal support to users of other browsers (e.g. Google Chrome, Opera, etc.)

Please e-mail Tanya Carelli at tcarelli@girlscoutsccc.org  for support, with your name, troop number and daytime phone number in the body of the e-mail. Requests for support will be executed in the order they are received.

We apologize for the unexpected change and hope that the extension of the Early Bird deadline and the personal support option will accommodate your needs.

Below are links to Firefox so you may install it on your computer:

ONLINE ON TIME REGISTRATION RUNS THROUGH SEPTEMBER 28
Online registration via eBiz:
  • Is GREEN! (reduces paper waste)
  • Is EFFICIENT! (eliminates data errors, reduces human-error-factor in getting registration payments to GSUSA)
  • Is INSTANTANEOUS! (eliminates 8-week paper-form wait-time to become a Girl Scout)
  • Is CONVENIENT! (troop leaders and families do it on their own time)

Reminder: Payment for Online registration via eBiz can be done via:
*Troop Debit Card
*Troop Leader personal credit card (reimbursement via troop check signed by Co-Leader)
*Pre-paid debit card (available at Walmart, K-mart, etc.)

Troops who register for the 2013 Girl Scout year by midnight on September 28, will fulfill one of the Honor Troop requirements. After September 28, a Troop Leader will not be able to use the ease of Troop Management to re-register girls in her troop.

Using cookie credits for membership registration:

  2. Print the Order Summary Page of your registration purchase
  3. Write the cookie credit number on the Order Summary Page along with the $ amount you want to apply (equal to or less than the amount paid)
