VoiceDeadlinesAct fast to get your congregation in the Voice!

This Thursday, September 2 is the final deadline for press releases, photographs or advertisements for the fall issue of the Voice. Please send all submissions to theeditor@dioceseofnewark.org.

The fall Voice is well underway, and we want to include as many voices and images from the diocese as possible. We'd especially like photos of congregations' summer events for a photo spread illustrating "Summer in the Diocese of Newark."

Note: The Voice's advertising rates have changed -- including a new business card size -- reflecting its new format designed for ease of use both on the web and home printers. The new rates and sample ad layouts are available online (PDF format). There is a 10% discount for ads paid in full by September 21.

VoiceMailingListsDeadline for Voice mailing list updates extended

Make sure your congregation doesn't miss out on the Voice!

The diocese's printer, Redmond Press, maintains the Voice mailing list as part of their service of labeling and mailing the Voice. They have kindly extended the deadline for church offices to submit updated mailing lists until Friday, September 10.

Mailing lists were sent to church offices in July, either as an Excel spreadsheet if your church office has email, otherwise as a paper copy via regular mail. Updating instructions were included. If your church office has NOT received a copy of your congregation's mailing list, please contact Gregg McEntee at Redmond Press, 973-664-2000, as soon as possible.
