Did you ever wonder how you age?  Why you age? 
Did you ever wonder how YOU CAN change your aging recipe  or blueprint down? 
 
Now, I know you're wondering if its all possible?  Well, while you can't stop
the aging process, you can slow it down.  I'll review with friends and members
of American Health some of the technniques scientists are discovering that  
even can make certain species live twice as long.
 
Bring a pen or pencil and paper and chart your own "Health Aging Recipe" if
you're willing to make practical modifications in your life and lifestyle.
 
Noted Longevity Coach and Councilor J. R. Gordon, Ed.D., who is lecturing in China soon will give his only one longevity lecture this coming Monday, November 30th at 7pm.

A program of the American Health Society and a Chapter of the American Volunteer Corps, which collects Teddy Bears, dolls, soccer balls, and whatever else is deemed appropriate for Orphans of War. Orphans of War is not just for Iraq. We send the goods collected by the American public wherever and whenever the need.
