American Health Association
Greetings!

WELCOME TO OUR BRAND NEW HEALTH & WELLNESS REPORT
OF YOUR AMERICAN HEALTH ASSOCIATION

There are a few changes coming and this in just one of them, as your American Health Association goes into its 11th year. I'm proud of all we've accomplished in these past ten years, but this is just the beginning.  What's even more surprising is that we've achieved so much with so little and With all volunteers.  Yes, you heard right!  All volunteers!  Not one penny has been spent on salaries to anyone from top to bottom. Not another charity can say that for over ten years.

But all this could never of happened without the heartfelt help of truly dedicated volunteers, from the Girl Scouts who help pack for our Orphans of War Campaigns, to our professional cadre of doctors, social workers, psychotherapists, gerontologist who week in and week out led workshops, salons, conferences and courses of our American Health University.

This program is now taking shape for the prototype of these United States. Hopefully, you'll begin to see Chapters of your American Volunteer Corps, your Citizen's In Action, your American Health Society where friends can now join and get new and wonderful benefits as of January 2010.

So, welcome to our new venture with Constant Contact, our new Webmaster and our new format in giving you the latest Wellness Digest, Weekly Events and fun-raisers such as your Sunday Brunch Club, Wine Tastings, and our Galas like the "Salute to Our Veterans, Veteran's Day Luncheon, November 11th."

We'll need your suggestions, so feel free to call or email us with your ideas how to perfect your American Health Association.

Sincerely,

J. Robert Gordon, Ed.D.
