New Releases:

2010 Cayuga White

A slightly off dry expression of the varietal Cayuga; well balanced with notes of citrus.  A hint of effervescence up-front makes for a refreshing afternoon delight!  Pair with crisp summer salads and sharp cheddar.  $13

2010 East Shore Vineyard Traminette

Made by our friends at East Shore Vineyard, this slightly spicy Traminette is balanced with just enough sweetness.  A cool, thirst quenching white wine.  Pair with Asian fare and bloomy rind cheeses.  $15
