New Releases
2009 Marquette Made from grapes grown on our Shelburne Rd. vineyard site, this much anticipated red wine is truly representative of Vermont's terroir. Marquette is a medium bodied red, vinted from grapes that thrive in our cold climate. It opens with an earthy nose, followed by moderate tannins and juicy notes of blackberry on the palate and glides smoothly from the first taste to its complex finish. $18Winner:GOLD - Big E Wine CompetitionBRONZE - Int'l Cold Climate Wine CompetitionFor release at our Autumn Wine & Food Festival Nov. 13......2009 NY Riesling
Crafted by us at our Shelburne winery from grapes harvested at Lamoreaux Landing in the Finger Lakes region of NY, this classic Riesling has a beautiful, golden-green color. With a touch of sweetness at mid-palate, young pear dominates the nose while notes of tart, crisp apple follow through to a pleasant lingering finish. $15
