Greetings!
Well, the hot days of summer are upon us!  There's not as many festivals going on as in the spring and fall, but there's still plenty to do!

Kids are out of school and everyone's busy going to softball games and camps. For a really neat kids camp check out the Cajun & Creole Summer Camp going on in Lafayette next week.

The summer's also a great time to get out of the hot kitchen and eat out at our fabulous locally-owned restaurants.  Lafayette celebrates their locally-owned restaurants with EatLafayette starting June 20.  But even if you can't get to Lafayette, there's plenty of great food where ever you live in Cajun Country.

We have a couple of winners of the Find Cleo the Crawfish Contest! Congratulations to Maria Arcement and Jenny Rosemark for winning a dozen of Jo's Creole T-Cakes!  Cleo was hiding on the Crawfish Corn Macque Choux recipe page.
