Greetings!

Congratulations to Gina LaGrange from Labadieville, Louisiana for finding the hidden crawfish in last week's contest!  She has won a dozen of Jo's Creole T-Cakes.  Enjoy!

For those who were wondering where that crawfish was, it was on the Pecan Candy recipe page.  We'll be having more contests in the future, so stay tuned!
