My journey into triathlon started a little over a year ago.  Knowing that I didn't know everything, I started a search for someone who did and found Coach Joe and Experience Triathlon. It's most riders worst nightmare - a problem with the bike.  A flat tire, broken chain or cable, bent gear shifter, torn tire, bent rim or no spare tube can ruin your day. We love to ride, but many of us just don't know what to do when our bike breaks on the road or during a race.  The secret to getting rolling again as soon as possible is preparation.  It's important to have the right repair items with you and know how to use them.  MORE
Tri 101 Day Camp - July 23

Join other beginner and intermediate triathletes for this day camp focused on triathlon training and racing presented by USA Triathlon certified coaches. The camp will include an open water swim workout and a group bike ride that will teach you how to properly ride during training and on race day.  We'll also do a run workout right off the bike ride, just like in the race and help you develop the right pacing strategies for success.  MORE
Run Club Fun!

Run Club is open to everyone - regardless of fitness level or running experience!! We invite you to come join one of our regular group runs that are held on Saturday mornings at 8 AM. We run outside year round, and we run in small groups according to distance and pace. The distance typically ranges from 3 to 7 miles on any given run, and we make sure no one runs alone.  One of the highlights of our group run is the coffee social held after every run - after all, who doesn't run to eat?  MORE
