Rick Samson is one of the busiest workers here at Fox. He plays many roles in the continued success of all four dealership franchises, filling in when and where needed. The Observer was able to catch up with Rick. Lets see what he had to say!
CDJ Observer: Hello Rick, how are you today?
Rick: I am fantastic!
CDJ Observer: I figured you were! How long have you worked at Fox?
Rick: Fifteen years and counting!
CDJ Observer: Wow. That's a long time. Tell us about yourself. Do you have a family?
Rick: I do. I have two children whom are in high school. They are awesome! I also have a girlfriend and she has a nine year old. So I guess I have 3 kids!
CDJ Observer: That's nice. What do you like most about coming to work everyday?
Rick: Working with all of our Fox employees. We get to meet new people everyday and see plenty of old faces as well!
CDJ Observer: Over the years you've spent here, can you pick one moment that really stands out?
Rick: Well, I've plowed a showroom window. That stands out! But honestly there's tons of stories. I could make a TV show out of it! LOL
CDJ Observer: I bet! Do you have any hobbies?
Rick: Yeah, I like to work out and hike. I pretty much enjoy anything outdoors.
CDJ Observer: Do you have any ideas where we can improve as a team?
Rick: I do, but I think in the Fox organization everyone is pretty much on the same page. It starts with customer satisfaction!
CDJ Observer: That's for sure! Of our three brands, which vehicle is your favorite and why?
Rick: Jeep. I'm a history buff and the Jeep had a huge part in American history going back to WWII. It's very interesting.
