On Tuesday, September 20th we would like to invite you to a planning session that will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
It will be held in one of the portable trailers in back of the
Emerson building located at 930 Ute Avenue. Parking is available on gravel in back. Click on link for directions.
We hope you can join us and provide your ideas in our planning. I know a "planning session" doesn't sound fun, but we'll try to at least make it entertaining. AND we are going to provide food!
We have already confirmed whether or not you can make it if you participated in the Doodle survey. PLEASE NOTE:
If you said the 20th was a day you could come
we will assume you will be there. If your plans have changed just
email me and let me know.
If you said you could
not make it and it turns out you can come that's great! Just
email me to let me know.
If you did not participate in the Doodle survey and you CAN come
email me.
We'll need to have an accurate count of attendees so we know how much food to get, so keep me posted as to any change of plans.
