Mesa County Spellbinders
Greetings!

The National Spellbinders organization has been working on the development of a new structure for itself and its chapters.  Your Mesa County Spellbinder Board is in the process of reviewing the new charter which every chapter must ratify.  You may have been following this process via emails that have been sent to all Spellbinders.  Below are links to the final documents for your information.
