HRIS To Become FASIS This Summer
This summer, the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) will become the Faculty and Staff Information System (FASIS). This name change and rebranding is the culmination of over two years of collaboration between the Office of Human Resources and the Office of the Provost, and will coincide with the rollout of new faculty information pages, with more exciting resources following in the near future. As the fiscal year end approaches, we are sending a reminder to record in Kronos all vacation, sick, personal floating holiday, bereavement, and jury duty days taken this year September 1, 2010 - August 31, 2011. Portable Tuition Applications - New Requirement!
We now require proof of financial dependency with Portable Tuition applications beginning July 1st. This new requirement can be easily met by submitting with your application(s) copies of your prior year (2010) IRS tax return that lists your child/children as dependents. Beginning July 1st we will no longer accept birth certificates as proof of dependency.
