HRIS To Become FASIS This Summer

This summer, the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) will become the Faculty and Staff Information System (FASIS).  This name change and rebranding is the culmination of over two years of collaboration between the Office of Human Resources and the Office of the Provost, and will coincide with the rollout of new faculty information pages, with more exciting resources following in the near future.  For more information.

 

Exempt Staff Employees

As the fiscal year end approaches, we are sending a reminder to record in Kronos all vacation, sick, personal floating holiday, bereavement, and jury duty days taken this year September 1, 2010 - August 31, 2011.   The deadline for entering your FY11 entries is Friday September 9, 2011.  For more information,

 

Kronos to be called Time Entry System

Coinciding with the rebranding of HRIS to FASIS, please be advised that the reference to Kronos will also be changed this summer.  It will be referred to as the 'Time Entry System' (TES).  For more information,

Staff Conflict of Interest Process

The staff Conflict of Interest (COI) process is underway and all staff employees are being asked to complete their COI questionnaire by July 29, 2011.  If you have not already done so, please complete the staff COI process by clicking here to access HRIS Self Service.

Portable Tuition Applications - New Requirement!

 

We now require proof of financial dependency with Portable Tuition applications beginning July 1st.  This new requirement can be easily met by submitting with your application(s) copies of your prior year (2010) IRS tax return that lists your child/children as dependents.
