What's new in Cedarburg? A taste of Latin at "Don Benito," a restaurant on Washington Avenue featuring a wide range of meats (including wild game meats) as well as rice & bean dishes, fried plantains, chuchifritos, and small-serving dishes the owners refer to as Latin comfort food.
