This is NOT a time share, but a titled ownership in real property in Mill Creek Ranch Resort. 
Investment price is $9,995., and with only a $1,000 down payment, monthly payments are only $114.

  • You purchase 1/12 ownership in a Mill Creek Ranch Resort cabin - NOT just time.
  • You can earn rental income should you chose not to use your time here at Mill Creek Ranch. We split nightly rental with you 50/50.
  • You can also exchange you time with over 5,000 resorts worldwide through RCI.
  • Booking is managed online and easy to use or just a phone call away.
  • Prices are anticipated to increase which will increase the value in your ownership.

 Shoppers Dream!! - Your 1st Monday Week

Each Fractional Owner receives one First Monday shopping week to use; chosen in order of purchase. Example: 4th person to buy is the 4th person to choose their First Monday week. Then the choosing order rotates down yearly. · Mill Creek is the perfect place for the passionate Trade Days shopper. Enjoy a full week of R&R after hitting the Trade Days.
   
The World is Your Oyster!! -14 RCI days
 
14 days are deposited into RCI,equivalent to 47,000 points. You may use these points at Mill Creek Ranch Resort or trade your points worldwide for  a day or weeks at a time.
A few examples of equal exchanges might be...2 weeks in Greece, Spain, Europe, Mexico, Hawaii, etc.
 
"Last Minute Get-Away"- Unlimited Getaway's

This is perfect for the last minute traveler.
You may use 1 day at a time, or up to 7 days. Available every day that the cottage is unoccupied. 
You may book last minute or up to 30 days in advance at Mill Creek Ranch Resort.
