"Shared" Ownership you will own 1/12 of a vacation cottage at Mill Creek Ranch AND...you can exchange any of your weeks here for an equivalent resort world wide!
Your year might look like this: 2 weeks at Mill Creek Ranch, 1 week in Greece, and 1 week in the Galapagos Islands!!
4 weeks are YOURS to use as you'd like.

Just to clear up any confusion, you don't own just "time" but actually a titled portion of a cottage at Mill Creek Ranch.

If you would rather enter your cottage into the rental pool on the weeks you don't use it, you have the option to profit on the income, as well.
