Conquering the Dreaded HUD 2530 & APPS
Over the past 2 years, we have provided our full day APPS Class or the 1½ day APPS & Secure Systems Best Practices Class in over 20 cities around the country.
In 2012, we are only scheduling this class if we have a local sponsor. Contact your local AHMA, NAHRO, Leading Age, NLIHTC, Contract Administrator or other professional organization to ask them if they will host us to provide this training in your town.

| EIV Security Training | |
Federal ISS Training ( an EIV requirement)
Federal ISS Training is an annual EIV Requirement for all EIV Users, Coordinators and those employees and consultants who view and handle the EIV print-outs for your property.
You can take this training independently from HUD, but many find it cumbersome and confusing to navigate, preferring instead, to participate in a group training that provides the same Federal ISS Certificate in the end.
Murphy Consulting offers this training in a Webinar format. You attend from your desk, linked in to the web and a dial-in telephone conference number.
