EIV Notice 10-10, released last July, is being revised to provide important updates and clarifications.  Watch for the new notice to be out soon. See our Helpful Links below for a link to HUD Notices. 

HUD is working on a "HUD Beginner" 3-day training to be offered this fall.  The program will be geared to all things related to owning and managing a HUD property.

Presently under development is a notice to educate and advise the industry, tentatively titled "Transforming HAP's"

The eagerly awaited Beg Bug Notice, in clearance and to be released soon, promises resources to assist you and clarification that project funds can be used to pay for abatement.

APPS Tip of the Month - Mail to HUD HQ

PPSD at HUD Headquarters has moved temporarily while their office space is undergoing HVAC work.  HUD 2530's and other mail are still received at the 7th Street address and routed to the PPSD staff at their temporary quarters on 3rd Street, twice daily.

HUD does not anticipate any issues with this mail system, but when your timeline is critical, be sure to check that HUD received your documents.
