HUD is making good on their New Year's Resolutions. Improved communication and customer service are at the forefront. Not only has HUD updated several key pages on its web site to provide clearer instructions for HUD's Multifamily Online Systems, but now they are on You Tube.

| APPS Tip of the Month - Coordinator Access |

Did you know?
As of the last system upgrade, Coordinators who have activated their relationship in WASS will not have to also assign the APPS Update role to each TIN they are connected to. All new Coordinators are automatically granted access to the APPS system.
Forgetting to assign the AUP role in Participant Assignment Maintenance is one of the most common mistakes new Coordinators make. HUD has taken this problem off the table. Thank you HUD.
